Great N. Rhône surprise. Floral, nutty, mineral, and phenolic. Notes of orchard fruits all over. Creamy mouthfeel coupled with unique profile make for an awesome esoteric sparkler.

Good and very different from other sparkling. Starting to now show up in the US. 6000 bottle production.

Attractive vanilla cheesecake and lemon on the nose, palate is creamy with plenty of lift, mineral with a delicate nutty finish. Fab

100% Marsanne from Voge. Methode Champenoise. Amazing mouthfeel. So pure and clean. Soft yet so precise. I love sparkling St. Peray.

95% Marsanne, 5% Roussane. My first bubble from South Eastern France. Produced according to Champagne method, showing a lot of Asian pear, Granny Smith apple, slight yeasty mouthfeel, mineral and salty which is always welcome by me in any kind of alcoholic grape juice. The bead is fine and nicely fizzing. Clean and refreshing aftertaste. Small quantity produced meaning this is not going to be your every day go-to bubble ($50++ NYC). 89
