Precise aromas of violets, wild raspberries and strawberries, orange rind and a touch of wood smoke characterize the 2020 Vosne-Romanée les Rouges du Dessus 1er Cru from Jean-Luc & Eric Burguet. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a smooth, silky mouthfeel and a fleshy core of intense fruit. Quite delicious. Drink now until 2032.

This is why... We drink Burgundy. A sensual ballet on the tongue. Moist earth, leathery funk, burnt straw, supple strawberries into freshly plucked cherry stems. Such vibrant acidity. Finish lingering for days... Yumm.
