Richebourg Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Tertiary, fatigued, and fairly linear. Jerky and bouillon opened to bruised, dried red fruit. Caramel and toasted spice. Decaying leaves and moist soil. Lacking that impeccable, constantly changing texture. Still had some acid that makes me hope it's just in a dumb phase.

All secondary and tertiary with loads of mushroom, moist decaying leaves and roast meat with undertones of sweet red fruit, cinnamon and molasses. Great acidity still and showed wonderfully over the course of 7 hours.

First grand cru from AF gros I’ve had. Have heard good things, but surprisingly didn’t enjoy it as much as many AF Gros premier crus I’ve had

Stunning Richebourg I paid £105 for due to damaged label but contents still superb 😉 now £4-700 😱

🎯 Long seductive linger of above but that smell 😍
