I had their Echezaux as well from 2005 which was OK as it showed this provider's style more which I prefer less. This however was stupendous, with the site dominating the l character of this wine, which is exactly why one drinks great Burgundy.

Dense levels of perfect harmony in complete balance, light and dark red fruits, chiseled earth and tremendous focus, density and purity.
