Vendanges Manuelles Aux Raviollies Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir

Bargain Vosne-Romanee. Sherry notes on the nose. Ripe strawberry. Elegant. Not the best, but for under $50 retail it's pretty damn good.

I guess Will wins this one. Today I like Pinot Noir. Like what I imagine Virginia Woolf's menses to be like.

This is a Pinot you can time out on a stopwatch for its finish. One of the best Pinot Noirs I have had in a while...

Red fruit and nice acid. But, a little flabby. Perhaps a few more years would help.
