From mag. This is fantastic and getting better in the glad by the minute. This is about the age roses make sense. A supple and delicate nose with soft cherry, dried rose, wild strawberry. This is softened at the edges, very clear and balanced. Real complexity but subtle and light and long. Delicious, and getting better and better.

Never had a corked champagne, this was a bad one to start with. I was looking forward to tasting my first really aged Dom Rose .

1990 Dom Perignon Rose Champagne. Virtual date w B&KK, J&LB, and R&GB. It’s prob getting to the end of its life. Not a ton of bubbles but still delicious.

Dec 26th, 20171990 Dom Perignon Rose´Champagne. Served during cocktail hour for K charity wine dinner, alongside the '90 Dom Brut. Both were great. Light summer berries and honey. Nice finish.
