Pours a robust purple. Most is bramble fruits. Initial palate entry black fruit, a hint of unresolved CO² prickle. With air this gains depth and pairs wonderfully with a mixed Turkish grill with lamb, beef and chicken.
Drinking with old friends doesn't hurt either.
