Fig and sweet espresso, black currant toast and honey combo, but with baked caramel notes, egg cream soda, bourbon creams. Much better nearly a year later. This was too rich a year ago.

Somewhere between 5-6 years old. The edges have been smoothed out nicely, but might be slightly over the hill.
