Pleasant wine this, 2013 GSM from the Vale. Given some air time the wine was quite red fruited with cherry and raspberry to the fore, some floral lift in the mix too with touch of chocolate, liquorice, cardamom and dusty oak. Medium plus in body and showed decent length but the acidity and tannin profile didn't quite pave the way for a harmonious mouthfeel.
