Pour a hazy orangish/brownish color similar to what apple cider looks like. The nose and palate are quite big. Lush honey, resin, pine, mint, wood and baking spice. Drink this neat, do not mix with other liquors or ice. Slowly sip and enjoy. A unique and tasty Amaro!
