At first, this was very linear and acid driven with a bit of subtle red fruit. Ended up letting it sit for nearly 3 hours: after it had really rounded out, the fruit became more distinct and subtle earthy tones emerged. Quite a lovely wine.

Classic D&R. Bright, crunchy red fruit and fresh herbs. Highly drinkable but also complex.
