Needs time to open up, but then is great soft and savory Semillon. Where the acidity falls off a bit, the texture picks up the slack. Honeyed ginger citrus tea. Please and thank you.

Incredibly fresh and vibrant considering the skin contact. 11.6% alc. Lemon rind, beeswax, lanolin. Evolved continually with air and as it warmed. Too bad 2014 was the last vintage.

Funky, but fun, like licking concrete that has been wet down with a light apple/pear cider, a wine with good depth and interesting character-med body, high acid, phenolic aromas and flavors. Lynette thought it was too funky but I liked it.
