2016 has really come around. The familiar rose petal aromatics are there. Very harmonious, elegant and polished. Fairly linear palate, but persistent finish.

Delicate rose bouquet, faint layers of tobacco, spice and decaying autumn leaves in the background. But on the palate it is showing the texture of pure silk, with seamless structure and impossibly smooth contours. Gentle tannic grip and very deceptive concentration. Needs bottle time for flavor development, but already a pleasure to drink for its purity, finesse and elegance.
