Fleur de Passion à Cramant Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

The extraordinarily high acid levels have started to mellow and this wine is now starting to show its potential. Outstanding!

Limpid with a hint of apple and limestone. Clear and pretty

This Fleur delivered in 3-dimensions, full of character. Fine bubbles, nose of honeysuckle, nuts, nougate, flowers, minerals; and a mile long taste.

I preferred this vintage a couple years ago, but still solid.

Lightly golden color; honeysuckle, almonds, orange peel and citrus on the nose with some reductive notes; the mousse was quite weak and the taste not at the level of most other vintages we have tried. Lacks depth and elegance.

Best bottle to date of this wine more richness and depth than previous bottles wow !

Elegant and vibrant with green apple citrus and white flowers . Still very primary just give it 5 or more years and it will be a beauty when the secondaries start to develop.
