Pur Sang Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon Blanc

Cool experience trying this guy. 2011. Lots of grassy/veggie notes, flint, stoney minerality, melon and nice acid.

This needs time to unwind.

Drinking really well but can still go several more years. 2007 vintage

2012 vintage- crisp grapefruit, bold mineral notes, young but very good.

A more muted Silex. Still that 🍋 👌

2014 vintage.

Not a great bottle. Looks a bit old

Very solid SB. Initially light citrus., nice acidity with a long finish. A phenomenal afternoon delight thanks to @Ron R !!

2006 better then I though. 2005 in great shape, tasting very young and vibrant. 2002 little bit richer and stronger but again in wonderful shape!
