This particular bottle is a CHARDONNAY - not a Cabernet Merlot!
The winery produces both a Chardonnay and a Cabernet Merlot in their McMichael Collection Group of Seven. They use six different art labels randomly on both the red and white. The Chardonnay has a white foil top and the Cab Merlot has a red foil top.
I enjoy this Chardonnay as it is light and fresh - no oak. The fruity taste has a hint of pears.
Serve well chilled. I would buy this again.
