Jan 28th, 2017Subdued briary fruit on the nose. Quite graceful on the palate, with bright black fruit flavors complimented with noticeable coconut/vanilla oak notes. Needs time to integrate.

Just released but still showing its future greatness! It's funny that all the men in the group picked Volcanic Hill as their favorite and the women all picked Red Rock Terrace. Lay this one down for 15-20 years, but buy enough to sneak some out early! Volcanic Hill has that black pepper background, structures tannins and deep violet fruits.
