Vintage 2016 / Medium deep colour, enchanting smell with earthiness, a lot of mocca and some milk chocolate, ripe morello cherries on the tongue, velvety structure. Good weight, grapes were harvested and dried. It isn’t sweet - which I do not like. Very satisfying Friuli wine for Saturday dinner! / Paired with spaghetti polpettine
