A consummate food wine, this was a smash hit paired with Cajun shrimp. It is light bodied with creamy tannic structure and just a splash of residual sugar. The predominant flavors are grapefruit and apricot with a light grassy finish.

Very refreshing and dry for a Riesling, this complex wine weighs in medium body, a tingly mouthfeel, and pineapple, pear, and lemon flavors. I wanted to try pairing it with Indian food but could not hold back enough to reserve any.

Refreshing. Sweet and not too much acidity. Easy and smooth.

2015 vintage - not quite sweet, not really dry. Just meh.
