A delicious hit with home made cockle linguine, cooked in white wine, garlic and butter. Hard to separate out the wine - it's pairing super well tonight. This is a pretty SB, with aromas reminiscent of pinot gris. There's no grassiness. Crisp and clean. And great with cockles.
