Nothing out of place here, well made with a touch of minerality and not very aggressive acidity, fresh and lively, not showing its age at all.

Much more balanced and round than expected for Saint Aubin; am more used to clean and mineral so was a very welcome treat. Would have easily thought Chassagne.
