Lindsey the Somm @ Tinker Street delivers again! Her palate is getting better every month. Not normally my 1st or 2nd choice in a French white. However it was wonderfully balanced wine it paired with roasted fennel & seared blood orange, & the roasted cauliflower with chili oil golden raisins with a tapenade. Dinner is here gotta go!

Jan 31st, 2016Lindsey continues to build a decent wine list for Indy. Thanks Lindsey! The nose has a nice salinity, light wet stone, touch of minerality. Palate is soft seductive, with a balance between the stone fruit & minerality, this wine has both balance & precision! Well done! Cheers!
