Deutz 'William Deutz' 1999, Ay, since 1983 in the hands of Louis Roederer, slight different philosophy, all wines undergo malolactic fermentation, which explains their rich and expansive texture. Very likeable and slurp-able, with its upfront tropical fruit, spice, toastiness and butterscotch flavour. Serious price tag though...
