Dinner with family at the Steakhouse in Lachen. Great weather, great view, great company, great wine! Smoky and mineral, with baked apple and ample orchard fruit. Medium- to full-bodied, rich, with good acidity, a great mouthfeel and superb length. Good stuff! 93
