Strong peach aroma, and full of tart peaches on the palate. Round body giving it a creamy (but not buttery chard creamy) texture, with a tingly acid that cuts through and the end and lingers. PG picked up at Sauv Blanc class. Think it will go perfectly with the pork and peaches just going on the grill! 🍑
