A refreshing alternative to the big CA chards. Several CA wineries are adopting a lighter, crisper and mineral style Chard. Light straw, aromas of stone and tropical fruit with sweet floral spice scents. On the palate peach, pear and apple, with soft vanilla spice, rich, savory & crisp. Lingering smooth finish, well balanced ending with toasty mineral notes. Very nice!
