One of the better Sparkling wines in the 10 dollar level, this find is done in the traditional method. It's a quality find, medium dry, very drinkable and just sweet enough with pear notes.

Well it's not terrible because it is shiny and sparkly, but that's about it. Honey, pear, apple, brown sugar. Could be used as a dessert pairing.
