Killer and even better day 2 and 3 - Pinot built to age!! Awesome job Ryan Deovlet. Bien Nacido is truly magical!! We're beyond thankful to work with their Chard and Bacchus willing - a wee bit of Pinot next year!

Dark red fruit, hard spice and taut acidity. I'm not sure how to pronounce it but it's good!

I know we jumped the gun on this, but we decanted it for an hour, served it at 65 degrees with grilled steaks, corn on the cob and broccoli steamed with lemon butter, sautéed purple onion with a vermouth and balsamic reduction and mushrooms a la Julia Child's. it was a delight to drink such a lovely red after two weeks on a cruise with a truly sad wine list. Yeah, I can't wait to serve this for Christmas 2027!!!

Brilliant and soft with a great balance. Subtle dark fruit with a smooth finish. Low acid and a lingering finish that stays with you for minutes after a taste.
