Hanging out at the assistant winemakers house in Paso! The 88% Zin and the Syrah were also really excellent. Excited to tour the facility.

Rich, alcohol, primary. Recommended pairing: remove the 13th "odd" nipple from one of the only animals to have one: the Virginia possum. Blanch in the beast's own milk. Serve cold.

Jan 17th, 2020Effervescent to start, which required some vigorous shaking to work out. It took some time to open up and ultimately reminded me of s softer, old world wine than an aggressive central coast Rhône-style wine.
