Just an incredibly delicious super solid Chablis. Lemon, lavender and minerals. Bracing. Great food wine. At $20 a wine to have within reach at all times.

Pop and pour. Pear, soft funk, salt, lemon, vanilla..definitely very richly styled on the nose. On the palate: excellent acidity, sea salt, pear, lemon peel. Good density on the tangy finish. Interesting to compare to the montmains...this is more stereotypically chablisienne on the palate, while the montmains wins on that count in-so-far as the nose is concerned. Not bad.
