レモンや、レモングラス、グレープフルーツ、ホワイトペッパー、ライムストーン、少しオイリーな香りも。
酸とミネラル感。
ナチュラルワインだが、オフフレーバーはないものの、少し変わった風合い。でも、その分、春の食材に楽しそうなワイン。

Very nice sparkly skin contact wine. 11%, sulfury. Greenish color, green apple, plum notes. Very nice!

A nice taste of ripe apricots, and a rich body and mouth feel, are overshadowed by an overwhelming nose of rubber latex and jasmine. I know orange wine is all the rage, and I am the biggest fan in the world of artisanal natural wines, but I dug deep to love this wine and it came up short. I poured my wife a glass and she was unable to drink it after the first taste. Don’t hate me.
