A Pinot Gris rose from the Loire. Bright apple flavors that mingle with orange-like minerality that linger on the palate deliciously.

The nose was soaring on the first pop. Fresh floral & citrus aromatics. This opened up with a watercress pesto pasta. The earthiness of the dish brought forward some rich apricot & tropical notes. The weight was effortless here & plenty of acidity lifted this wine beautifully.
