Nice blend from Trader Joes. Spicy on the nose. Smooth at first but leaves a slightly bell peppery finish on tongue. Mellows out as it breathes.

2013 vintage. $8 at TJ's. 75% carmenere with Malbec, Syrah, and Cab. Pleasant nose with dark fruits and some spice. Simple on the pallet with the 14% alcohol first to hit. Medium dry body with spices linger on the finish. Ok for the price. Very drinkable.

Hits most of the right notes (dark chocolate, leather, oak, berries) on all of my favorite grapes. Maybe not in the perfect proportions, but very drinkable.
