A young, fresh, & grippy declassified Bandol. Dark red hue misleading given its medium/ medium light body; Black Currants, nice tannic spine with that grippiness. What a perfect summer red.

Deep red fruit, musk and garrigue on the nose. Almost like a musky Cab. Same in the mouth, with a big round, dusty red fruit note drowning out the ice garrigue before ending on a dry, earthy note.

Pure black cherry, smokey minerals, subtle meat and umami notes, potpourri, roasted herbs. Just enough earthy funkiness. Bright and juicy acidity match up fresh and energetic tannin. Screams for food and rapid consumption. An awesome bargain that shines every time. A favorite at home and a wine I could easily drink everyday. Baby Bandol for the people.
