I'm not a big Sauv Blanc fan but I like this. Aromas of spice, citrus and creme brûlée. None of the flavors I dislike about SB, instead flavors of buttery toasted brioche, subtle grapefruit, cedar and vanilla. Delicious! Kudos to Chris. And $10 corkage is fantastic.
