This is an insanely good wine. And I believe there were only about two barrels made; it's all sold. I forget the exact blend but I believe it is Petit Manseng, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Vidal Blanc. The nose and palate are both very tropical. One sip is liquid pineapple, the next is apricot, the next is rich Chardonnay, all underlaid with great acidity. The wine is a deep gold and has great body. So much fun to drink: always changing and never cloying.
