One of the best QPR 08 BdB I’ve ever had. So good

Off the Grasings list in Carmel. Light straw color. Great energy in the glass. Notes of light citrus, white orchard fruits and crushed white stone. Has a memorable mousse in its impact. Got better with a few hours of air. Top notch. Salon quality at a more reasonable price.

Straw gold. Vibrant and active. Notes of bread basket, kiwi, a little apricot and a lot of gravel stone. The mouth feel is frothy yet soft like mousse. Lots of energy. Great juice, huge potential and upside. Based on this bottle I can only wonder what the 08 Salon is like...

Toasty marshmallow goodness

Wonderful toasty, nutty and yet fresh apple and baked pear aromas. Great long lasting finish. Drink now to 2025.

Rich with intense mineral / stony character and tons of dry extract with flavors of ripe apple in the mouth. Still a baby but should come around to be even better than my rating today .

Nice, steely with a little apple and bread peeking through. Will be interesting to follow.

So fan of this blanc de blancs. Delamotte bdb 2008 is not A classical so simple champagne, it is so complex. A champagne to enjoy not to drink it easy
