A slight tartness balances the sweetness of the fruit, while a yeasty note hangs in between. The acidity is great, and the bubbles are festive while they last.

Everything about this is perfect. Soft cherry blossom with the most delicate toast notes. Beautifully balanced acidity. Definitely has some bottle age on it that deepens the richness of the fruit without weighing it down at all. Such a brilliant bottle of champagne. ❤🍾

Wow, what started clean grew in complexity as it opened. Gorgeous and clean fruit with just a hint of richness fleshing out the finish. Yum!
