Not getting a whole lot on the nose, may be chilled too much. The only thing I was really picking up on was soft hints of apricot. Full of bright and crisp apples, pears and apricots. Great balance with hints of minerals, slate and lemon grass. Super refreshing and slightly cheek puckering.

Hits the nose with strawberry and papaya notes. Mouth feel is smooth and dry with citrus hints. Finish is medium and minerally. Overall a very nice white. It develops as it warms up

Tasted in 2014: Smells like a bakery: pastry, baking spices, lemon custard, white flowers. Fruity, slightly sweet finish but balanced with acidity and notes of caramel and fruit cream.

Fascinating wine... Smells like Pinot Gris, but is very rich with hints of tropical fruits in the mouth and a fresh cracked black pepper on he finish.

Grapefruit, Fuji apple, pineapple. First time ever drinking Pinot Gris, reminds me a bit of sauvignion blanc but softer
