Mar 15th, 2024Vintage 2019 - I appreciate ripened wines. I admire vintners which are able to make seductive wines when young. This is such. I gave it a 3,5 hours decant and poured it with ribeye. What a treat! Beautiful cassis and rich cedar. Velvety taste. Impressed.
