With it's pronounced floral aromatics to its edgy clean crisp taste this Sauvignon Blanc is a worthy summer wine. The full bouquet of tropical fruits a result of the cold steel tank fermentation is a true delight and pleasant surprise. I also tasted a light Chardonnay undertone which only added to the experience. Enjoy
