A little acidic for my tastes but the Cougar says she likes it OK

Reliable white. Nothing crazy

This is smooth and oaky for a sauvignon blanc. It has nothing shocking or overpowering and leaves a faint citrus flavorful finish. It is an easy match for all food and wonderful on its own.

Great acidity, pretty average
