Wonderful. Completely agree with label that this is a perfect aperitif. Tons of bubbles, grass field, flowers, slightest hint of spices apples, herbal tea. Palate is more tropical with continued grassy flavors. Good acidity. Hope to continue to see more of this one in the future.
