Arguably the best Cordon Bleu champagne they make. This one has the weight I tend to enjoy of the Pinot Noir heavy Reim wines, and beautiful bisquity aromas, golden pears, creamy mouthfeel, fine bubbles, and drinks like a vintage champagne. Very complex and definitely for people who like the style of champagnes such as Veuve Cliqout. I would be absolutely happy to serve this to anyone.
