Entry level Cremant de Bourgogne. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Light salmon/pink color. Aromas of red fruits, rose petals, toast and a little bit of Brett. Fruit forward ripe red cherry/berry fruit on the palate with additional notes of mushroom, nectarine, lemon and bread dough. Creamy texture and medium-minus body and medium-plus acidity. Nice touch of minerality on the finish. The mousse and bubbles dissipate quickly.
