Blend of Roussanne (40%), Viognier (40%), Grenache Blanc (10%), Clairette (10%) and Bourboulenc (5%). Light to medium straw color. Aromas of peaches, white flowers and minerals. Palate features green apple, unripe peach, orange zest and a hint of butter. Notes of wet stones on the very long finish. Creamy texture (lightly oaked?). Crisp acidity. Solid.
