Las Águilas Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Masculine, farmyard, astringent and really tannic! Clear deep ruby color, pronounced farmyard smell with licorice, meat and leather - whow it's hard to define the fruit here.

In mouth, wild acid and strong toast wood taste, but after w while it comes a black fruit (unripe blackberry) bit minty with loads of licorice. Dried fruit (prune), and herbal eucalyptus.

Well structured but fruit is missing!

강한 탄닌의 맛이 진하게 다가선다. 잊고있던 추억은 씁쓸하기도하지만 시간이 지나면서 작은 한숨으로 화해를 한다. 화해는 품위를 지키면서도 한없이 푸근하다.
