The first few sips come on pretty heavy with fruits and spices and a slight burn down the throat, but it mellows out into a pretty tasty everyday wine. It's a lot like Naveen and Tiana's relationship in the Princess and the Frog. At first they're bitter towards each other for not exactly being what each other wants but eventually grow to appreciate each other, realizing their needs are met.
