The nose of this straw-colored wine shows citrus and stone fruit, along with a heap of of oak spice. The oak displays itself even more prominently on the palate, where the lemon, tangerine, nectarine and apricot flavors also shine. The minerality is what I like about white wines from the Edna Valley - chalky limestone is just the best. Acidity here is decent, but not overpowering. You could do worse for $10, that's for sure.
