Bright plum hits the nose and grows along the way. Both undecanted as well as decanted- the De Forville Barbera d’ Asti is a robust red that is bursting with fruit as well as depth. This is a simple joy to the palate that has more to tell. I don’t think you can find a more enjoyable and juicy wine for the dollar than this.
